PLASTIC PUMPS - Leak Free Chemical Transfer & Circulating Centrifugal Pumps and Self-Priming Pumps

These reliable, leak-free, magnet drive, plastic pumps are designed for pumping aggressive, hard to handle fluids. By using rare earth magnetic technology, FTI plastic pumps give high performance from a compact, robust unit.

  • Plastic magnet drive centrifugal pumps and self-priming pumps in Polypropylene and PVDF – ideal for the most corrosive chemicals
  • Capacities up to 50 m3/hr and differential head up to 43 metres
  • Self priming pumps for lifts up to 7.6 metres

Finish Thompson DB Series Magnetic Drive Pumps

The DB seal-less magnet drive plastic pumps are an ideal replacement for mechanical sealed pumps in corrosive duty applications.

1 8 series of pumps covers flow rates up to 50 m3/hr and heads up to 43 metres
1 Superior run dry ability helps protect the pump from system upset or operator error. Eliminates costly repairs and downtime

1 Finish Thompson SP Self-Priming Magnetic Drive Plastic Pumps

sp

The SP series magnetic drive self-priming centrifugal pump combines deep-lift capabilities and lightning-fast priming with the advantages of leak-free magnetic drive technology and corrosion resistant polypropylene and PVDF materials. This enables the SP Series to handle the most difficult applications with no seal replacement, no leaks and the capability to run-dry without damage
1 Series of pumps cover flow rates up to 25.8 m3/hr and heads up to 23.3 m
1 Capable of lifting fluids from 5.5 m in less than 90 seconds
1 SP Series use only a fraction of the energy AOD pumps require

Finish Thompson VKC Vertical Non Metallic Seal-less Centrifugal Pumps

The combination of magnetic drive technology with traditional sump pump design eliminates many of the problems usually associated with vertical pumps. The VKC pump uses a magnetic coupling to drive the impeller so there is no need for a secondary back-up impeller, therefore the problems of aeration or foaming are removed. Also, because the barrier between the driven and driving magnets is hermetically sealed, fumes cannot escape up the pump column, so the risk of corrosion on the motor or shaft is avoided
1 Five pumps in the range covers capacities up to 23 m3/hr at differential heads to 17 metres.
1 Design incorporates modular components allowing pump length to be increased up to 90 cm, simply by adding 15 cm sections
