Overview

The EF Series provide a lightweight and economical choice for light duty transfer and are ideal replacements for hand pumps. Typical applications include the transfer of light acids and bases, solvents, plating solutions, sodium hypochlorite, cleaners, coolants, and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF)/AdBlue. ATEX certification is available with the EFS version.

The sealless design and corrosion resistant construction materials assure a long, trouble-free life. The pumps use an axial flow impeller designed to produce higher flow rates (up to 64.4 litres/min). A built-in strainer prevents solids from entering the tube and damaging the pump.

EF Series pumps are available with five tube lengths: 41cm, 69cm, 102cm, 122cm, 137 cm with a diameter of 3.3cm and a discharge size of 1.9cm. Pump tubing can be constructed from polypropylene, PVDF or 316SS. A comprehensive range of accessories is available: flow meters, discharge tubing and nozzles, drum adapters, strainers and filters, mounting brackets and hoses.

Various motor options are available:

  • ODP (Open Drip Proof), Splashproof, IP24 Electric Motors
    This includes a 12-Volt Lithium Ion Cordless Rechargeable Drum Pump Motor - an ideal option for transferring fluids from drums, barrels and carboys where a power supply is not available, is too distant from the point of pumping, or where fluids need transferring in remote, isolated locations.

  • Air motors (S4/S4A)
    Lightweight and easy to handle, these operate from a user-supplied compressed air source and so performance is dependent on the system setup. Variable speed is available from a supplied control valve and air motors are provided with muffler and control valve. Since an air motor is a non-electrical device, its use reduces the possibility of explosion from igniting flammables/combustibles.
