Liquiflo's 3 series gear pumps are engineered and manufactured for the user with increased needs for equipment reliability and lower costs.

The corrosion resistant construction and high performance materials are specifically designed to economically handle the majority of applications for transfer, processing or metering with positive displacement pumps.

The 3 series is built specifically for your application.  We believe that each application has unique needs and that an "off the shelf pump" cannot give you the reliability you require.  Yet, the reliability you require must not just mean higher cost.  We will custom build your pump for maximum reliability at a competitive price and delivery.  Here are some of the features that will give you the edge:

• Experienced engineers who can draw on a wealth of knowledge to select the best technology for your application
• Materials of construction in stainless steel, hastelloy C and titanium
• A wide range of internal components selected to maximise pump life including: - PEEK, PTFE, silicon carbide, tungsten carbide, carbon, Ryton and more

If this series of pumps does not meet your needs we have other gear pumps with extensive flow ranges, higher pressures, porting and other materials of construction.  Also available are a range of centrifugal pumps with both ANSI and low flow designs.

No one pump technology can meet all your needs, but we will help you with the 10% of the pumps that give you 90% your problems.  If the 3 series is not the best pump for your application we will be able to recommend alternative solutions.
