Greater Capacity And Efficient Operation

viking high speed

A dual ball bearing design allows the Viking high speed compact pumps to operate at direct motor speed for greater capacity. Standard mechanical seals and O rings minimise liquid loss and extend operating life. Thrust control provides micrometer adjustments for accurate rotor positioning. Finally, Viking's
'gear-within-a-gear' principle offers excellent efficiency through the close meshing of rotor and idler gear teeth. Together, these features provide 'new pump' efficiency throughout the entire life cycle

Viking Advantages

  • Minimize Space Requirements
Direct motor connections minimize space requirements and eliminate auxilliary equipment. A flange mount series saves even more space with vertical or horizontal flange mount installations, both NEMA and IEC types available
  • Long Service Life
Standard inner casing and axial thrust ball bearings add strength and stability to moving components. Integral over-pressure relief valve is standard

Applications

  • Filtering, Circulating, Transferring Applications
  • Booster Service
  • General Industrial, Marine, Petrochemical Industries
  • Continuous or Intermittent Service
