Overview

The HNP Mikrosysteme MZR series of high performance pumps is well suited to challenging dosing applications requiring high accuracy for liquids with viscosities from 0.3 to 1,000,000 mPas, including high temperature duties.  The pump has a double-sided bearing system and is driven by a powerful DC-servomotor with integrated control.

The main features of the series include high precision, low pulsation, low volume dosage even of non-lubricating liquids or at high pressures.  The pump/motor unit's compact design incorporate an integrated microcontroller.  The high performance pump range has been designed for continuous delivery and discrete dosage of water, watery solutions, solvents, methanol, oil, lubricants, adhesives, inks and paints as well as other high viscosity liquids.

With a large choice of additional modules such as the fluidic seal module, heating module, heat insulation module or gear modules, the high performance pumps can be tailored to your specific process or fluid handling requirements and are especially well suited for both industrial production and demanding laboratory applications.

The main modules for the High Performance Series include:

Heat insulation module  - thermal insulation of pump head and drive for high performance and hermetic inert pump series

Fluidic seal module - additional sealing system for handling liquids sensitive to air or moisture and for vacuum applications

Electrical heating module - additional electrical heating for pump heads from the high performance and hermetic inert series with frontal fluid connection, thermal insulation of pump head and drive, prevents temperature drop of liquid

Double shell heating module - double shell for active heating or cooling of pump heads from the high performance and hermetic inert series, thermal insulation of pump head and drive, prevents temperature drop of liquid

Typical applications:-

  • Chemical processing
  • Industrial and plant engineering
  • Packaging
  • Medical and pharmaceutical industry
  • Mini plant technology
  • Spraying
  • Dispensing of adhesives
  • Ink and paint dosage
  • Vacuum applications
