Overview

The Modular Series of micro annular gear pumps are suitable for the dosing or metering of light corrosive liquids. A wide choice of different resistant components allows a customized configuration of pump body, rotors and seals compatible with the nature of the delivered liquid. All pumps are equipped with ceramic bearings. The series consists of three pump types offering a wide range of flow rates, viscosity ranges and dispensing volumes.

Compact dosing pumps for low flow ranges

mzr-2542 and mzr-2942 are compact pumps (length 90 mm, diameter 18 mm ) suitable for dispensing and metering aggressive or corrosive liquids with a standard viscosity range of 0.3 – 100 cPa (max. 1,000 cPa with customisation). Delivery is characterised by low pulsation and low shear stress. The pumps use a DC precision motor with integrated encoder. Applications include:

Customizable dosing pumps

mzr-7241, mzr-7242, mzr-7243 and mzr-7245 are particularly suited to the low volume dosage or metering of non-lubricating liquids such as deionized water, aqueous solutions and solvents as well as low to highly viscous oils, lubricants or dyes (up to 50,000 cPa with optional axial bearing support). Pumps for precise filling and dosing with dynamic drive technology

mzr-11543, mzr-11545X1, mzr-11547 and mzr-11548X1 benefit from dynamic drive technology with a range of motor configurations. The pumps are suitable for use with liquids in a broad viscosity range (0.3 – 10,000cPa) such as solvents, adhesives, water, grease, gel, and inks achieving accurate dispensing volumes starting at 100 µl and covering a flow rate range of 0.192 to 1.152 ml/min. The pumps come with lateral fluid connections or with a manifold version with frontal fluid connections. Applications include:
