Overview

Liquiflo’s 2-Series are positive displacement, external gear pumps designed for low flow/high pressure applications. The compact and rugged design makes them ideal for many applications, including chemical dosing and metering, pipeline sampling and wastewater treatment. The pumps have been specially engineered to handle many difficult chemicals such as polymers, solvents, acids, caustics or other corrosive liquids over a wide range of viscosity (1.0 to 5000 cP), pressure and temperature.

The range consists of 2 models and covers flows up to 2 lpm and differential pressures up to 15.5 bar. All pumps have leak-free, magnetic-coupled drives. Liquiflo 2-Series pump-housings are manufactured in 316 Stainless Steel or Titanium with several material options for shafts, gears, wear plates and bearings. Tungsten carbide and chrome oxide coated shafts are available.

2-Series pumps were designed with reliability and ease of maintenance in mind. The gear and shaft are permanently fixed to each other making repairs easy and fool-proof. Standard repair kits contain all wearing parts and static O-rings.
