Finish Thompson KC Non Metallic Seal-less Centrifugal Pumps
| Non-metallic magnetic drive centrifugal pumps which are compact and lightweight yet robust and reliable. The use of Neodymium rare earth magnets (10 times stronger than typical ceramic magnets) offers improved performance from compact design, giving capacities up to 45 m3/hr and discharge heads to 30 meters. Deflector vanes on rear of driven magnet enable pumps to be run on open valve for maximum flow, they can also run dry for up to 30 min. without damage. |
3 series of pumps cover flow rates up to 45m3/hr (50Hz) in close coupled or long coupled versions. |
Available in Polypropylene or PVDF, can be supplied with ANSI flanges or hosetails. |
High density carbon bearing with flush groove immediately dissipates heat generated. |
Can handle fluids with temperatures to 104oC and specific gravity to 1.8. |

Finish Thompson VKC Vertical Non Metallic Seal-less Centrifugal Pumps
| The combination of magnetic drive technology with traditional sump pump design eliminates many of the problems usually associated with vertical pumps. The VKC pump uses a magnetic coupling to drive the impeller so there is no need for a secondary back-up impeller, therefore the problems of aeration or foaming are removed. Also, because the barrier between the driven and driving magnets is hermetically sealed, fumes cannot escape up the pump column, so the risk of corrosion on the motor or shaft is avoided. |
Available in PVDF or polypropylene, combined with absence of metallic parts or bearings means excellent chemical resistance. |
Five pumps in the range covers capacities up to 23 m3/hr at differential heads to 17 metres. |
Design incorporates modular components allowing pump length to be increased up to 90 cm, simply by adding 15 cm sections. |

Finish Thompson SP Self-Priming Magnetic Drive Pumps |
| SP Series magnetic drive self-priming pumps are the product of advanced engineering CFD design software and superior magnetic flux technology. The SP series combines deep-lift capabilities and lightning-fast priming with the advantages of neodymium magnetic drive technology and corrosion resistant polypropylene and PVDF to handle the most difficult applications with no seal replacement, no leaks and the capability to run-dry without damage. |
2 series of pumps cover flow rates up to 25.8 m3/hr and heads up to
23.3 m |
Capable of lifting fluids from 5.5 m in less than 90 seconds |
SP Series use only a fraction of the energy AOD pumps require |
Durably molded from corrosion resistant polypropylene or PVDF to handle the most corrosive chemicals with ease |
Multiple connections - NPT or BSP threads, adjustable flanges or union connections make it easy to connect to any system reducing installation cost and time |
