Centrifugal pumps convert rotational energy into energy that then moves a fluid. Some of the energy goes into kinetic energy of the fluid being transferred. The fluid enters the pump, is caught in the impeller blades, and is spun radially outward until it exits through all circumferential parts of the impeller into the diffuser part of the casing. The fluid gains both speed and pressure when it passes through the impeller. The doughnut-shaped diffuser section of the casing then decelerates the flow and increases the pressure further.
With a choice of wetted materials including polypropylene, PVDF, PTFE, Stainless Steel and Hastelloy C, we can provide the right solution for circulating and transferring your liquid chemicals.
The product ranges on offer can cover pumping capacities up to 4000 m3/hr and differential heads up to 220 metres with single-stage and differential heads up to 700 metres with multi-stage pumps.
The range of centrifugal pumps we supply offer a number of different options, such as leak-free magnetically coupled or magnetic drive, mechanical seals and we also have a full range of API 685 and API 610 pumps, which are specifically designed for the petrochemical industry, refinery applications and other heavy duty applications.
