Chemical pumps for low flow, high pressure

This interesting looking unit is being used to pump a variety of low viscosity chemicals at high pressure. Unfortunately, as this is part of a confidential research project, we are unable to provide further process liquid details.

What we can disclose, however, is that the pump in question is a Wanner Hydra-Cell G10 diaphragm pump, coupled via a NORD gearbox to a 2.2 kW motor, achieving a maximum flow rate of approximately 7 lpm at 100 bar discharge pressure.

You may also note that the motor is equipped with forced fan ventilation. This feature allows the motor to operate at reduced speeds, enabling flow rates as low as 1 lpm when required.
