In this project, we supplied six Wanner P200 diaphragm metering pumps for an application in the Green Hydrogen sector that required precise dosing of deionised water and methanol at elevated pressures.

Our customer required a pump capable of delivering a virtually pulse-free flow at variable flow rates, along with accommodating a range of discharge pressures. The Hydra-Cell multi-diaphragm technology from Wanner International Ltd is perfect for this task.

Paired with 0.37 kW ATEX Zone 2 motors, these pumps were specified to achieve flow rates of 0.5 to 2.0 l/min at discharge pressures up to 15 bar.

WANNER model P200ASESSA05S with ½" inlet & ⅜" discharge BSPT connections close coupled to 5:1 gearbox with 0.37 kW 4 pole 400 volt 3 phase 5-50Hz ATEX Ex II 3G Ex ec IIC T3 Gc IP55 IE3 motor on baseplate.
