Pharma-Pro
Critical for Flow Chemistry and HPLC applications, Wanner® Pharma-Pro™ pumps deliver an extremely low pulse flow – without the need for pulsation dampeners in most applications – with a precise, predictable and controllable flow rate for a consistent process.
Seal-less design (the pump has no dynamic seals in contact with the process liquid) means that non-lubricating solvents and liquids containing suspended particles can be pumped reliably at pressure in HPLC (HighPerformance Liquid Chromatography), ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis and ultra-high pressure reverse osmosis systems.
With a wide range of materials of construction, diaphragms and valves, Wanner Pharma-Pro pumps are designed to suit the unique processing requirements within the pharmaceutical industry, backed by 50 years of diaphragm and pumping innovation. Pharma-Pro pump solutions are designed specifically for critical processes, can be tailored with numerous options and materials selections to meet your critical application needs, and are built to stringent industry standards:
- USP Class VI Compliance
- TSE/BSE-free materials
- Full material traceability
- Wetted surfaces polished to 0.8 Ra or less
