DICKOW PUMP MODEL HZSMA hx 1026 FOR PUMPING LPG PROPANE

Here we have a HZSMA hx 1026 multistage centrifugal pump with magnetic coupling and side channel priming impeller from Dickow. This is the first in a batch of similar pumps being supplied for a highly challenging LPG transfer application that requires, among many other things, self-priming capability. The pump is long coupled to an ATEX zone 1 rated 30 kW 4 pole motor and will deliver 80 m³/hr vs 120 m differential head. The unit is designed with materials suitable for operation at 40 bar system pressure across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +50°C.

Dickow seal-less magnetically coupled self-priming multistage centrifugal pump model HZSMA hx 1026 long coupled with baseplate (including motor adjustment screws, drip rim, lifting lugs and 2 x earthing points), spacer coupling and guard to a 30 kW, 4 pole, 400 volt, three phase, 25-50 hertz, IP65, IE3, ATEX II 2G Ex db eb IIC T4 Gb motor with thermistors. 6” x 4” ASME RF 300# flange connections. Impeller diameter 240 mm, six stages. NPSHR of 1.25 metres. Includes containment shell temperature monitoring with Exia transmitter.
