A common requirement in green hydrogen production is deionised water transfer or circulation. While centrifugal pumps can typically handle deionised water, they usually fall short at the high pressures needed in these applications.

That’s why the Hydra-Cell P200 seal-less diaphragm metering pump from Wanner International is an excellent fit. In this case, the pump delivers a flow of ~210 l/hr at 69 bar, with 316 stainless steel wetted parts ensuring compatibility with the DI water, reducing the risk of damage to the system’s electrochemical membrane from leaching.
