LIQUIFLO 4 SERIES PUMP MODEL 45XPP4BN120 FOR PUMPING ADBLUE

This pair of duty/standby external gear pumps are specifically designed for transferring AdBlue, also known as Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF). While AdBlue is not particularly hazardous, the customer prioritised minimising the risk of leaks, making a seal-less mag-drive pump the preferred option.

Given the relatively low flow rate of 8 LPM at a discharge pressure of 6 bar, the Liquiflo Model 45 in stainless steel was the ideal choice, particularly as the client want pulse-free flow.

The units are close-coupled with a 0.37 kW, 4-pole single-phase motors, resulting in a highly cost-effective and durable solution that will deliver reliable service for many years.
