FINISH THOMPSON DB SERIES PUMP MODEL DB6V-B-5-74-A FOR PUMPING NUTRIOX SX

The DB series from Finish Thompson are justifiably one of our best-selling pumps. The magnetically coupled seal-less design offers outstanding reliability and efficiency. However, this DB6 is slightly different from normal in that it is manufactured from PVDF, rather than the more usual Polypropylene. This repeat order is one of a pair being supplied to an international chemical manufacturer for the transfer of a proprietary chemical used in the water treatment industry. The black colour and the CEMP 0.37 kW 2 pole motor gives a clue that this is an ATEX rated configuration, ATEX zone 1 in fact. The pump will give a flow rate of 3.5 cubic meters per hour against 7 metres head.
