New instructional video for Dickow NKX thermal pump

A new instructional video from Dickow Pumpen for their NKX-thermal oil pump is now available.

It demonstrates why the NKX is one of the most reliable pumps for thermal oil applications up to 350°C (660°F) and what benefits their patented technology offers for plant operators.

Core of the concept is a patented cooling and degassing system: A defined circulation reliably cooling the mechanical seal while continuously degassing the pump system at the same time. The result is stable operating conditions, a self-venting pump, and a significantly longer service life for the seal.

Another advantage is the patented, purely air-cooled bearing bracket design, which does not require any external water cooling. This leads to a reduction in installation work, maintenance, and both capital and operating costs.
