LIQUIFLO H SERIES PUMP MODEL H7FE6K3B301006US FOR PUMPING HYDROGEN PEROXIDE

Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) has a multitude of uses in industrial applications, and dilute solutions are relatively common for domestic cleaning or disinfection. However, higher concentrations of H2O2 need to be treated with great care as it can corrode many materials, and even react violently under certain conditions.

Our solution provided to a customer who needed to transfer a 35% H2O2 solution was the H7F seal-less magnetically coupled external gear pump from Liquiflo. This was close coupled to a 0.55kW 6 pole three phase motor and fitted with DIN PN16 flanges. The seal-less design means safe operation and no risk of leakage of a dangerous liquid into the environment.
