Fuel applications represent a significant market for us, covering everything from simple drum pumps for AdBlue transfer to multistage, mag-drive centrifugal pumps for aircraft refuelling systems.

For more viscous fuel oils, gear pumps are often the preferred choice. However, they are equally well suited to thinner fuels such as Jet-A1 -  particularly in low-flow, low-pressure metering applications. That’s exactly where this stainless steel H5R mag-drive gear pump from Liquiflo excels.

This unit is close-coupled to a 0.37 kW, 4-pole motor rated for ATEX Zone 1, delivering approximately 5 LPM at 5 bar differential pressure. While Jet-A1 has a viscosity not much higher than water, the precision design of the H5R makes it ideal for accurate and reliable metering duties.
