The model shown below is the magnetically coupled MP73, part of SAWA’s hygienic peripheral pump range. These pumps are ideal for low-viscosity liquids requiring low flow rates against relatively high pressures. In this case, the MP73 will be used for 96% alcohol transfer at a pharmaceutical facility. For this application, the pump is ATEX rated to comply with hazardous area requirements on site and has wetted parts in electropolished high-grade 1.4435 stainless steel, ensuring safety and reliability in sensitive processes.
