This hybrid centrifugal pump features a specially engineered front cover that integrates both an inducer and a recirculation system delivering self-priming capability. This design offers exceptionally low NPSHr values and the ability to handle high gas content, thus enabling complete emptying of tanks and pipework. That makes it an ideal choice for CIP return and scavenge applications, and a highly effective alternative to liquid ring pumps. Especially on this project requiring a duty point of 55 m³/h at 42.5 m head.

Designed with hygiene in mind, optimised for cleanability and process integrity, we supplied the pump with a custom baseplate fitted with machine feet and a fully shrouded 11 kW motor.
