Strengthening Partnerships: Michael Smith Engineers Visits Viking Pump in Iowa

Last week, Jason Downing (Sales Director) and Josh Adamson (Business Development) had the privilege of attending the 2026 Viking Pump Distributor Association (VPDA) Meeting in Cedar Falls, Iowa, USA.

The event marked a significant milestone, celebrating 25 years of strong collaboration between Viking Pump and its US distribution network. Bringing together distributors from across the USA and select countries across the globe, the meeting provided an opportunity to recognise achievements, discuss future opportunities, and strengthen the relationships that drive success throughout the Viking Pump community.

As part of the event, attendees were welcomed to Viking Pump's facilities, gaining valuable insight into the company's manufacturing operations, engineering expertise, and ongoing commitment to innovation.

For Michael Smith Engineers, the visit was particularly meaningful. Having represented Viking Pump in the UK for almost two decades, we are proud of the strong relationship we have built together and honoured to be invited to the VPDA as a non-US distributor.
