Finish Thompson DB Series Polypropylene and PVDF Centrifugal Pumps

Finish Thompson sealless magnetic drive chemical transfer pumps are designed from the ground up to handle the most corrosive and toxic chemicals—without the possibility of leakage. This leak-free design is made possible by eliminating the mechanical seal that would otherwise wear and eventually leak. As a result, operators and maintenance personnel will not be exposed to the hazards of leaking chemicals or to emissions.

Example application:

Up to 50 m³/hr 43 metres More Info

Finish Thompson UC Series ETFE Lined Centrifugal Pumps

The UC’s polypropylene/ETFE construction allows a less expensive alternative to pumps made with ETFE exclusively, providing a competitive pricing advantage. Polypropylene is a proven material with an outstanding track record in chemical transfer pump applications.

Example Application:

Up to 329 m³/hr 102 metres More Info

Finish Thompson AC Series Metallic Conventionally Sealed Centrifugal Pumps

The Finish Thomson AC Series range of metallic, sealed centrifugal chemical transfer pumps are designed for the harshest chemical transfer environments. ATEX-certified versions are available. Rugged 316 stainless construction provides superior chemical resistance and higher pipe loads. The cast iron motor adapter provides a sturdy motor-pump connection and is resistant to caustics such as sodium hydroxide.

Example Application:

Up to 58 m³/hr 53 metres More Info

FTI Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump

FTI Air is a division of Finish Thompson, a leading designer and manufacturer of chemical transfer pumps are designed for the transfer of the most corrosive fluids operating in demanding environments.

Example Application:

Up to 54 m³/hr Up to 8.3 bar More Info

Codip PTFE Tubular Diaphragm Pumps

Codip tubular diaphragm pumps are pneumatic drive positive displacement reciprocating pumps which can self-prime, run dry and offer secondary containment as standard so there is no possibility of any process fluid leaking into the atmosphere. This makes them ideal pumps for chemical transfer applications, especially those where it is essential to prevent leakage of corrosive or toxic liquids.

Example Application:

20 to 300 l/min 10 bar More Info

Dickow Single Stage Centrifugal Pumps

Dickow is a supplier to many global companies with applications in chemical and petrochemical industries. The magnet drive end suction centrifugal pumps are hermetically sealed and leak-free by design are therefore suitable for pumping toxic, flammable or hazardous liquids.

Example Application:

Up to 800 m³/hr 150 metres More Info

Dickow Multistage Centrifugal Pumps

Dickow multistage centrifugal chemical transfer pumps are designed for pumping clean liquids on high differential head applications. If a self-priming chemical transfer pump is required than there is an option for a side channel priming stage. The range includes pumps with top mount suction flange for low NPSH applications as well as submersible designs for chemical transfer from underground tanks. Barrel casing designs can be specified for pumping condensate, ammonia or high vapour liquids.

Example Application:

Up to 500 m³/hr 400 metres More Info

Dickow Side Channel Pumps

Dickow side channel chemical transfer pumps are specifically designed for efficient, economical pumping of low volumes of clean liquids at high differential pressures.  These pumps are self priming and can pump large amounts of entrained gas without any problem, making them an ideal choice for chemical loading and unloading applications.  They are also suitable for low NPSH chemical transfer applications.

Example application;

Up to 50 m³/hr 400 metres More Info

Metallic Gear Pumps

Our ranges of internal and external gear pumps cover capacities from microlitres per hour to 345 m³/hr. All our gear pumps give smooth pulse-less accurate positive displacement pumping over a wide range of temperatures and viscosities, making them ideal for all types of chemical transfer,  from laboritories to tanker loading/unloading.

Example Application:

Up to 345 m³/hr 172 bar More Info

Viking Vane Pumps

Our sliding vane chemical transfer pumps are ideal for pumping low capacities at high pressures of low to medium viscosity liquids.  Available in a choice of wetted materials, our vane pumps have no internal metal-to-metal contact and self compensate for wear, enabling them to maintain peak performance on non-lubricating liquids.

Up to 36 m³/hr 14 bar More Info

Wanner Hydra-cell High Pressure Diaphragm Pumps

The simple, durable design of Wanner Hydra-Cell high pressure diaphragm pumps make them able to handle fluids in chemical transfer applications that can destroy other pumps. These positive displacement chemical transfer pumps give smooth, near pulse-free output accurately, reliably and repeatedly. Seal-less design means that non-lubricating solvents and liquids containing suspended particles can be pumped reliably at pressure.

Example Application:

Up to 595 l/min 345 bar More Info
